summery goodness: day 3

Drive_1

Our family loves to take long drives in the country. It is one of our favorite things to do. We look at the farm animals, crops, trees, and dream of someday living in the country. Summer is a perfect time to embrace all of the lovely sights of a country drive.

There is something about driving down a dirt or gravel road, and finding a weathered barn or farmhouse. So today, ice cream cones in hand, little miss and I cruised through the countryside. A peaceful summer afternoon.
